SHIPPING POLICY

We make use of The Courier Guy for all of our shipping needs. The Courier Guy is a trusted, recognized, and one of the fastest-growing courier companies in South Africa.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

I have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Only damaged goods will be replaced or refunded.

GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on gift cards.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.    

Note that I require that you submit a complaint via email to hello@twinedco.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos attached. 

Once I have received your email with your images, I will inspect them to see if I can assist in any way.  I will notify you via email once I’ve received and inspected your query, and let you know if the return was approved or not.

Please make sure that all items are in their original condition as they were when you received your order so that you can return the items in the manner it was sent to you.  


RETURNING YOUR PARCEL
Please note that Twined.Co will not be responsible for any shipping expenses to return the items.  Please notify me which courier you will be using when returning the items so that I can be aware to expect delivery.  I will provide the shipping address via email or WhatsApp.  

Once I have received the items, I will process a new order and communicate via email or WhatsApp when you can expect delivery.
